Beschreibung

• Build and ship features end-to-end across frontend and backend • Develop frontend functionality using React/Next.js and TypeScript • Develop backend functionality using Node.js/TypeScript and Python on AWS • Own the transaction layer handling disputed-claim transactions, settlement calculations, and payment records tied to arbitration outcomes • Refactor services toward maintainability • Add observability using CloudWatch and Grafana • Strengthen CI/CD within the product area • Uphold PII and HIPAA-grade standards for sensitive health and financial/transactional data • Break down loosely defined work, clarify requirements with the lead, and deliver independently • Own a product area end-to-end as a hands-on senior fullstack engineer

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years building production-scale web applications • Strong experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js/TypeScript, and Python across the full stack • Experience with AWS, including S3 and CloudWatch • Experience with observability and CI/CD • Comfortable using AI tools in an agentic SDLC, including specification/requirements breakdown, test generation, and AI-assisted coding • Proven experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments • Must be based in and authorized to work in the United States • Must be able to work with consistent daily overlap during core US business hours, roughly 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Eastern • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into products is a bonus • Experience with payments/transactions, fintech, or healthcare claims/billing systems, including HL7/FHIR, is a strong plus
