Beschreibung

• Report to the VP of Product and work closely with Product Design, Clinical Relations, Marketing, and Engineering • Own platform experiences enabling clinicians to deliver and document special education services • Shape net-new AI-native capabilities, including an AI Copilot for report writing, documentation, session planning, and IEP writing • Own product definition, solution design, user research, testing, and implementation for therapy delivery, resource library, documentation and report writing, and IEP goals and metrics tracking • Translate prioritized problems into AI-native product solutions and pressure-test desirability, feasibility, and viability • Lead continuous discovery with clinicians and school-side stakeholders • Build and validate prototypes using AI-assisted tools such as Figma and Claude • Ensure compliance with FERPA, HIPAA, SOC 2 Type 2, and WCAG AA standards and responsible AI use • Identify and close platform gaps in the SaaS-plus-service model • Define, track, and communicate product success metrics • Lead an interdisciplinary pod of designers, engineers, and clinical subject matter experts • Collaborate with business, marketing, product analytics, legal, sales, customer support, clinical, and operations teams on releases and go-to-market plans • Advocate for the clinician end-to-end experience and make Presence the preferred platform for special education service delivery

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning outcomes at the Senior PM level • Prior experience working in K-12/Special Education EdTech or HealthTech preferred • Ability to shape discovery standards and uncover unarticulated needs across a complex, multi-user ecosystem • Experience translating prioritized problems into rigorous product definitions • Experience leading major cross-functional initiatives and shipping complex, multi-stakeholder releases • Deep fluency across the clinical lifecycle and experience designing for external users and internal operators within a SaaS-plus-service model • Fluency in PE-context metrics, including EBITDA, NRR, Gross Margins, and Opex • Organizational thought leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional influence • Proficiency with AI prototyping tools and ability to define AI strategy and responsible-use standards • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience expected • MBA is a plus but not required • Availability during Core Working Hours, Monday-Friday, 12-5 p.m. ET, with standard business hours of 9 a.m.-6 p.m. in the local time zone • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future • Up to 10% travel may be required
