Beschreibung

• Own the Skylar Analytics product vision and roadmap across data modeling requirements, customer-facing reporting, and query capabilities • Define and deliver connectors, data structures, and Power BI and Superset reporting templates • Reduce customer time-to-value without custom development • Collaborate with data engineering and data science teams to define and refine the operational data model • Partner with the Skylar One team to define and maintain the data pipeline contract • Define which operational data is sent to the Skylar AI platform, at what fidelity, and how it evolves • Drive anomaly detection and predictive alerting in Analytics by defining customer-facing ML outputs and use cases • Partner with the Skylar Advisor team to strengthen shared data infrastructure and feed Analytics data into agentic capabilities • Own the go-to-market strategy, positioning, packaging, and product narrative for Skylar Analytics

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager for a reporting, analytics, or BI product • Track record of shipping dashboards and reporting templates usable by non-technical users • Comfort collaborating with data engineers on dimensional modeling, OLAP cubes, schema design, and query performance tradeoffs • Hands-on SQL experience, including writing queries, inspecting data, and validating assumptions • Familiarity with ClickHouse, dbt, data warehouse architecture, and analytical pipelines • Familiarity with BI tools such as Superset, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms • Fluency in data science concepts related to anomaly detection and ML pipelines • Experience leading go-to-market strategy for a technical product • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS products • Experience using Jira software • Background in IT operations, observability, or infrastructure monitoring is nice to have • Experience with agentic AI products or LLM-powered platforms is nice to have • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry or metrics ingestion pipelines is nice to have • Experience with data governance and cataloging is nice to have • Experience with Apache Superset is nice to have • Experience with ClickHouse database is nice to have
