Beschreibung

• Manage a geographically dispersed team of technical Solutions Architects focused on Migration and Modernization services • Recognize team accomplishments and demonstrate the impact of presales team members • Identify and provide resources needed for presales team success across internal business units and leadership • Share methods, content, and lessons learned • Drive an open, positive, inclusive, resilient, change-oriented team culture • Set role expectations and execute collaborative growth assessments and plans • Mentor and enable team members • Recruit and attract talent aligned with business needs • Create individual development plans and provide career growth • Align resources with opportunities and drive the presales process • Participate in key opportunities to improve outcomes and create mentorship opportunities • Lead presales innovation across relevant focus areas, processes, tools, and reporting • Ensure teams position appropriate services and document customer requirements and expectations • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and pursue competitively held accounts • Present Presidio solutions to clients virtually and in person • Collaborate with other practices to advance Presidio capabilities alongside migration services • Analyze client requirements, design solutions and roadmaps, and deliver technical proposals and statements of work • Work with service delivery management to oversee delivery success • Support the Director of Solution Architecture in improving intellectual property, processes, and quality

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with complex Cloud and Data Center Migration projects • Experience with Microsoft and AWS migration funding programs • Demonstrated ability to execute in a highly matrixed environment • Strong presence and track record of engaging and influencing executive stakeholders • Authentic and transparent leadership style • Strong operational skills in managing a budget and optimizing resource alignment • Experience in organizational design and change management • Consulting and presales experience • Leadership, executive presence, and strong soft skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Industry context and solutions knowledge • Understanding of business processes and digital disruption • Ability to present and capture audience attention in large rooms • Ability to lead by example • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively • Knowledge and experience with Cloud, Data Center, Virtualization, and Enterprise architectures • Proven technical problem-solving and design ability • Ability to develop, mentor, and grow teams • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience • 7+ years of combined experience in consulting presales or delivery, including leadership and/or management experience
