Beschreibung

• Build and own Primordial Labs' marketing strategy across brand, product marketing, and communications • Translate business strategy into marketing priorities, budget, and metrics • Present KPIs to leadership • Evolve the brand across the website, graphics, videos, events, and social media • Produce capability briefs, demo videos, white papers, case studies, one-pagers, and other marketing materials • Write blogs, press releases, capability briefs, one-pagers, website copy, and talking points • Own the company's social presence and publish several times per week • Design and run marketing campaigns for product releases, demonstrations, trade shows, contract wins, and company milestones • Direct designers, writers, video producers, and agencies as needed • Own website, content engine, marketing automation integration, analytics, and KPI reporting • Define the marketing organization needed over the next 24 months • Work with leadership, business development, and engineering to translate technical capabilities for operators, program offices, primes, partners, and investors

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of marketing experience • 2+ years leading a marketing function or team • Demonstrated experience building a marketing function from the ground up • Portfolio of personally owned marketing work that can be explained in detail • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-moving, lean environment • Exceptional writing and storytelling ability, with samples available • Experience marketing a technical product to a sophisticated buyer • Ability to learn a complex domain quickly and speak about it credibly • Experience directing contractors, agencies, and creative specialists • Strong command of modern marketing tooling, including leveraging AI tools where appropriate • U.S. Citizenship required • Current residency within the United States required • Permanent Residency or visa sponsorship cannot satisfy the regulatory requirements • Defense experience is desirable, not required • Graphic design, layout, and/or video production skills preferred • Experience marketing to DoD, government, or national security customers preferred • Familiarity with autonomous systems, robotics, AI, or human-machine teaming technologies preferred • Experience as an early marketing hire at a startup or defense technology company preferred
