Beschreibung

• Manage delivery of ProFinda engagements according to agreed scope, time, and budget • Implement the ProFinda product suite for enterprise customers • Provide project guidance, maintenance, and project documentation • Coordinate and motivate project and internal resources • Forecast project resource needs and assist with onboarding, training, and development of team members • Manage progress against time, scope, budget, risks, issues, and resources across multiple concurrent projects • Create and maintain detailed project plans focused on speed to delivery and efficient resource use • Communicate project progress and achieve scheduled milestones • Facilitate project review meetings and document risks, issues, actions, and decisions • Oversee project documentation and key deliverables including project plans, issue logs, test plans, and cutover plans • Identify opportunities for additional product or service offerings • Manage customer escalations and resolve project issues and roadblocks • Escalate risks and issues to ProFinda management and customer project teams • Support customer transition from delivery into BAU Customer support

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of proven project management success • Experience managing projects, schedules, scope, budgets, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and resources • Proven experience implementing B2B Cloud/SaaS software for enterprise customers • Experience delivering all phases of the software implementation lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for solving business problems • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and client-management skills • Ability to work through ambiguity and define processes and methodologies • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Self-reliant and willing to build knowledge and skills autonomously • Experience using Jira and Confluence would be great • PMP / Prince2 certification would be great
