Beschreibung

• Lead new and existing CRO laboratory projects across assay development and clinical testing, biorepository/sample management and logistics, and kitting for client studies • Manage designated protocols and overall project performance and client satisfaction throughout assigned project lifecycles • Lead projects from conception through close-out, including planning, execution, risk management, communication, stakeholder management, scope and cost control • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, revenue goals, forecasts, and resource plans • Maintain daily coordination and supervision of scheduled activities and delegate responsibilities as appropriate • Lead implementation of new and ongoing studies as the client-facing partner • Coordinate development and implementation of new projects • Communicate with clients and collaborators regarding data management, inventory control, and shipping procedures • Coordinate data gathering and prepare/present project information, reports, and correspondence • Track project revenue, expenses, client billing, budgets, and unexpected variances • Create, track, and report project and business metrics • Identify out-of-scope work and escalate findings and action plans • Review and evolve project documentation to approvable status • Assess and mitigate technical, project, and business risks • Ensure work complies with design and performance standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations • Identify and resolve operational issues, adjust priorities to meet deadlines, and complete additional project and departmental tasks • Provide internal project management consulting, identify process-efficiency improvements, prepare process documents, and mentor junior Project Managers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field, such as engineering • Experience working as a Project Manager for Central Laboratories for a CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech company • Excellent listening and communication skills • Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office/MS 365 applications • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills • Exceptional emotional intelligence • Strong understanding of project management and data analysis • Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Exceptional research and reporting skills • Exceptional judgment and discretion • Able to read, write, fluently speak, and comprehend English • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays, approximately 10–25% • Extended work hours may be necessary to meet business demands
