Beschreibung

• Provide services and support as a Lender's Engineer [Independent Engineering (IE) Advisory Services] aligned with the Project Finance & Credit Evaluation Support Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline in the Energy Industry (Oil, And Gas/Power, And Utilities) Industry Sector focusing on RM | Risk Management Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). • The Lender's Engineer directly supports loan underwriting, technical due diligence, credit evaluation, and financing decisions. • Serve as a Lender's Engineer - Project Finance & Credit Evaluation Support Specialist (Labor Category: Senior Consultant II) to provide Project Finance & Credit Evaluation Support Technical / Governance as part of an Independent Engineering (IE) Advisory Services | Energy Dominance Financing (EDF) Advisory / Technical Due Diligence / Credit Evaluation / Lifecycle Monitoring Team that provides Engineering Services. • Responsibilities include evaluating technical, construction, operational, and project delivery risks; supporting EPC oversight, Conditions Precedent validation, disbursement and completion certifications; assessing long-term operational performance and debt-service viability; and delivering objective technical reviews, certifications, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of relevant engineering, construction, operations, compliance, risk, finance, or energy infrastructure advisory experience; • demonstrated work on oil and gas, power, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects for owners, lenders, independent engineers, or federal clients. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, geoscience, petroleum engineering, mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, environmental, or related technical field. • PE, PMP, CSP, API, NACE/AMPP, PMI, or discipline-specific credentials preferred where applicable. • Technical judgment; independence and objectivity; analytical rigor; attention to detail; defensible documentation; client service orientation; cross-functional collaboration; issue escalation; quality mindset; schedule discipline; and ability to translate technical evidence into actionable risk, compliance, and financing implications.
