Beschreibung

• Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent FAA facility construction and buildout projects from design review through closeout and turnover • Build and maintain project schedules, track progress against milestones, and drive corrective action when work slips • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for constructability concerns, code compliance issues, FAA facility standards, and contract requirements • Monitor general contractor and subcontractor performance, including schedule adherence, quality, safety compliance, inspections, and documentation • Coordinate corrective actions with project stakeholders • Coordinate with FAA facility and operations staff to plan work around live operations, site access, construction phasing, and cutover • Track project costs, change orders, and RFIs; flag budget or schedule risks • Coordinate with architects, engineers, systems integrators, and trades so facility readiness aligns with equipment installation • Produce status reports, risk logs, and briefings for the prime contractor and FAA stakeholders • Support commissioning, punch lists, and turnover documentation • Support proposal efforts and organic growth opportunities as needed • Work with the prime contractor's program team and FAA stakeholders to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and safe

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline; additional relevant experience may substitute for a degree • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant construction project management experience • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects involving civil, mechanical, electrical, and other construction disciplines • Experience monitoring and evaluating contractor and subcontractor performance, including field progress, site inspections, safety compliance, and quality assurance and quality control • Experience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, technical specifications, and submittals • Proficiency in construction scheduling, project tracking, and document management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or comparable platforms • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance • Effective communication with customers and ability to fulfill contract duties and responsibilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to travel frequently, including overnight and multi-day trips • Reliable home workspace and internet connection suitable for remote work • Ability to access active construction sites, climb ladders and stairs, and walk uneven terrain while wearing required PPE • Ability to take initiative with minimal supervision • Must provide expertise and assistance for proposal efforts
