Beschreibung

• Review and translate business requirements into configurable components • Design solutions that drive highly automated and accurate outcomes • Develop, maintain, and execute configurations for benefits, pricing, member products/plans, premium billing, letters, business rules, and workflows • Coordinate with third-party industry software to ensure rules function appropriately • Work with testers, operations, and clients to ensure results match requirements • Continuously validate the configuration environment and synchronize it with current releases • Coordinate environment updates as needed • Document configuration changes • Support troubleshooting of issues • Track completion and deployment of changes within expected timelines • Safeguard PHI and PII in accordance with company policies and HIPAA regulations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2–6 years of healthcare industry experience in the payer segment, including Medicare Advantage or Managed Medicaid, or with other healthcare service providers • Experience setting up and maintaining healthcare payor system configurations is required • Knowledge of Medicare rules and ability to translate them into business outcomes • Strong SQL experience • Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Access • Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written, and oral communication abilities • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work under time constraints • Experience with commercial lines of business is a plus • Experience with Healthcare EDI files is a plus • Knowledge of Medicaid rules is a plus • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred • Compliance with company security, privacy, HIPAA, HITECH, and applicable federal and state regulations • Ability to securely access, process, store, and transmit PHI and PII
