Beschreibung

• Oversee data integrity of the fundraising Salesforce database • Lead Salesforce data entry, management, improvement, reporting, and auditing • Analyze fundraising and revenue-generation data and maintain dashboards and key reports • Supervise the part-time Gift Processing Associate • Ensure timely and accurate gift entry, acknowledgement, and reporting in Salesforce • Write and implement technical guidance for Salesforce during annual budget planning • Serve as content expert for Classy/GoFundMe Pro and provide training and support • Maintain systems integrating Salesforce, GoFundMe Pro, DonorSearch, and Conga Composer • Oversee processing and data integrity of organizational gifts • Participate in revenue and cash reconciliation meetings with accounting • Train development staff on donor stewardship, cultivation processes, and Salesforce • Support Salesforce enhancement projects and communicate changes and resources • Improve systems and processes with Salesforce Administration, Accounting, and Development Operations • Refine tracking systems for FFS, local government, and AmeriCorps grants • Serve as primary internal contact for regional support requests and customer service initiatives • Lead gifts-processing trainings and presentations • Manage onboarding and offboarding of development staff • Create mailing lists, donor lists, and annual appeal lists • Maintain gift-processing protocols, pledge forms, tax receipt templates, Library updates, third-party gift processing, and matching gift requests • Organize and communicate resources through the Reading Partners Library, Google Drive, and other platforms • Develop and update trainings as needed • Collaborate with national development leadership to develop fundraising plans and mobilize stakeholders • Create project plans, identify contributors and deadlines, and complete projects on time • Build collaborative relationships across the organization to support fundraising goals

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in development, fundraising, and other revenue-generating roles • 1+ year of successful management experience • Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM database • Customer service-oriented with a demonstrated track record of strong collegial relationships • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects • Self-directed, proactive, and resourceful • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment • Deep belief in Reading Partners’ mission and alignment with its core values • Ability to prove eligibility to work legally in the U.S. • Must be at least 18 years of age • Cover letter describing interest in Reading Partners and relevant preparation • Resume
