Beschreibung

• Set the vision and strategy for multifamily data solutions and turn it into a roadmap • Lead 0-to-1 builds, validate offerings with customers, and scale them into reliable products • Own outcomes including adoption, revenue, and retention • Build, hire, and develop a high-performing product management team • Own go-to-market activities with sales, marketing, and customer success, including pricing, packaging, positioning, and launches • Serve as the primary customer-facing voice for the offerings • Partner with the platform team to shape platform capabilities • Collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, and customers • Use AI for research, prototyping, analysis, and workflow automation • Manage dependencies, surface risks, commit to dates, and drive delivery

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years in product management • 4+ years leading and managing product teams • Experience in multifamily, adjacent real estate, or proptech, with understanding of customers, workflows, and data • Demonstrated experience building and scaling data solutions or data-driven products • Track record of 0-to-1 product launches in fast-paced or high-growth environments • Hands-on familiarity with cloud-native data platforms, ideally GCP, including BigQuery and related services • Understanding of zero-copy/no-copy data-sharing architectures • Familiarity with agentic AI and standards such as MCP (Model Context Protocol) • Experience owning go-to-market and commercial outcomes for technical products • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field • Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience influencing executive and customer audiences • Ability to use AI to automate research, accelerate analysis, prototype, and extend personal and team productivity
