Beschreibung

• Orchestrate Red Hat’s overall technical approach for and with customers across the customer lifecycle • Become the technical leader and trusted advisor at assigned customer accounts • Advise the Sales team on technical aspects of the sales process • Understand customer requirements and technical needs, identifying and mitigating technical sales blockers • Develop proposals and respond to RFPs with technical expertise and solution recommendations • Design solutions aligned with customer business objectives • Lead technical sales conversations and demonstrate how Red Hat’s portfolio addresses customer requirements • Create, manage and execute Customer Success Plans with Sales, Customer Success, Adoption and Consulting teams • Influence Account Plans to increase pipeline and close opportunities • Partner with Account Executives to execute account strategy and coordinate the extended sales team • Own the technical win for each sales opportunity • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product Management and Support on customer engagements • Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to customers • Conduct regular customer check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify expansion or upselling opportunities • Liaise between customers and Red Hat internal teams, conveying feedback, requirements and technical needs • Recommend product enhancements based on customer feedback

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong technical background with experience in solution architecture, consultative selling and complete sales process management (pre and post sales) • Foundational level knowledge of Red Hat’s portfolio of products • Advanced level knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Ansible, OpenShift, Cloud and DevOps • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills • Ability to convey and demonstrate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Proven experience in customer success and technical account planning, account management or related roles • Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills • Strong discovery, problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to adapt and work flexibly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong project management skills • Understanding of sales engagement business impacts and ability to gain expert knowledge of the customer’s business • Willingness to travel as needed to meet business and customer needs
