Beschreibung

• Own the technical relationship across the entire customer lifecycle, from pre-sale through post-sale • Partner with Account Executives on strategic deals • Lead technical discovery, tailored demos, architecture reviews, and proof-of-concepts using real customer data and workflows • Drive technical onboarding, including installation, secure configuration, and best-practice deployment across cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments • Architect integrations between Label Studio and customer AI/ML workflows, pipelines, storage, and enterprise systems • Build custom scripts, plug-ins, and APIs to extend Label Studio for unique customer requirements • Serve as the senior technical escalation point, resolving advanced issues with Product, Engineering, and Support • Deliver enablement, workshops, and documentation to make customer teams self-sufficient • Advise customer engineering, data, and AI/ML teams on adoption, expansion, and long-term value

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, or similar, for a highly technical product; ideally enterprise SaaS or ML/AI platforms • Experience on both sides of the sale is ideal • Built a data labeling pipeline, including data annotation, labeling workflows, or the broader ML lifecycle • Hands-on experience integrating SaaS platforms with ML pipelines • Deployed models to production, or engineered datasets for data science teams • Fluency in Python, REST APIs, and infrastructure tools including Linux/Unix and Docker; Kubernetes is a plus • Experience building against multiple client APIs and SDKs • JavaScript, CSS, and HTML are a plus • Track record of technical discovery, demos, and proof-of-concepts during sales cycles, followed by onboarding, implementation, troubleshooting, and custom development • Business acumen to translate customer problems into recognizable value propositions and anticipate objections • Executive presence and strong writing • Ability to work with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and technical executives • Ability to juggle multiple complex accounts and competing priorities
