Beschreibung

• Gather, evaluate, and understand customer use cases • Create and deliver innovative, AI-enabled product features and capabilities • Lead and mentor team members, contributing to peer development and recruitment • Leverage and identify metrics and data to track customer needs and project budgets • Develop clear go-to-market launch plans with external, customer-facing teams • Drive end-to-end product lifecycle components from planning to release • Develop product vision and roadmap plans aligned with business strategy • Communicate product vision and roadmap across critical stakeholders • Prioritize and communicate production customer issues and defects for timely resolution • Lead demonstrations to key stakeholders at program milestones • Own product development plans and represent product features within cross-functional teams • Propose new features addressing customer pain points and needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in a technical field or proven technical acumen and experience • Significant experience in Product Management from conceptualization through post-release management • Product development knowledge, including business cases, content, and product plans • Natural problem-solving ability and ability to lead issue resolution collaboratively • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers • Experience mentoring or training others and acting as a subject matter expert • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders • Analytical thinking and excellent organizational skills when managing multiple priorities
