• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions. • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals. • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. • Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process. • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and professional communication. • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activity and performance. • Participate in employer branding initiatives, college/career fairs and recruitment marketing campaigns. • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• A minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience • Demonstrated experience recruiting top level engineering talent within U.S. government contracting or defense environment • Proven success managing and prioritizing a high-volume requisition load • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels • Demonstrated ability to build trust, navigate complex dynamics, and adapt to changing priorities • Individual contributor who drives recruiting outcomes through collaboration and influence (no direct reports) • Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations, AAP requirements, Section 503, and VEVRAA documentation standards. • Ability to travel occasionally. • U.S. Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements.
