Rezora IO ist eine KI-gesteuerte Sprachagentur und SaaS-Plattform, die automatisch Anrufe tätigt, Leads qualifiziert und Termine für Immobilienmakler sowie Teams im Bereich Hausdienstleistungen bucht. Sie integriert sich mit CRMs und Lead-Quellen (Zillow, Realtor. com, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Zapier, CSV-Uploads, Kalender), arbeitet rund um die Uhr und nutzt natürlich klingende Konversations-KI, um Einwände zu behandeln, die Absichten zu qualifizieren, Leads zu bewerten, Live-Transkriptionen und Stimmungsanalysen bereitzustellen sowie warme Übergaben oder Kalendereinträge für Termine zu erstellen. Rezora positioniert sich als einfacher Ersatz für manuelle ISAs oder Anrufdienste, mit monatlicher Preisgestaltung, schneller Einrichtung und Compliance-Funktionen (TCPA/Regulierungen der einzelnen Bundesstaaten) für Sprachkontakte.

Beschreibung

• Manage a calendar of pre-booked, inbound-qualified appointments with real estate professionals and other prospects • Lead closing conversations, handle objections, and convert prospects into paying subscribers • Maintain accurate pipeline records and follow up with leads who don't close on the first call • Work closely with the founders to sharpen messaging, improve close rates, and iterate on the sales process • As Rezora expands into new verticals, take ownership of closing across those markets as well • Provide consistent market feedback to inform product positioning and go-to-market decisions • Help build scalable sales systems, playbooks, and processes as the team grows

🎯 Anforderungen

• - Minimum one year of experience in real estate or selling to real estate agents, teams, or brokerages • - Proven ability to close — you are comfortable taking a warm conversation all the way to a signed agreement • - Strong objection handling and consultative selling skills • - Experience with CRMs, dialers, or modern sales and automation tools • - Comfortable learning and selling AI-powered technology • - Systems-minded with an interest in building repeatable, scalable processes • - Self-directed and able to operate with limited structure while helping create it • - Enthusiasm for building something from the ground up • - Based in the US; NYC strongly preferred
