Beschreibung

• Design and create complex data visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively • Develop and test data workflows to transform, cleans and structure data for consumption • Perform in-depth data analysis to support strategic decision-making • Apply AI and ML concepts to bring innovation to clients • Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and implementation plans • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business challenges and demonstrate subject matter insights • Support client engagement from initial discovery through final recommendation and implementation.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must have a BA/BS Degree • Must have 3+ years’ experience in the data and analytics space • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL) • Expert-level skills in Talend (or similar) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) • Strong statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities • Advanced Excel and database management skills • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong presentation and storytelling abilities • Ability to build and maintain client relationships • Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise • Ability to lead project development • Experience working with healthcare clients and healthcare-specific data systems and electronic health records (EHR) • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory environments (HIPAA, ACA) • Experience in data privacy and security protocols
