Beschreibung

• Manage assigned clients on the Kroger business • Meet or exceed budgeted sales, margin, and profit plans in assigned accounts • Assist with key client plans to achieve volume growth and profit objectives, including revenue, distribution, customer service, and quality goals • Implement Kroger Store Support Center calls and penetrate key positions at Kroger • Deliver short- and long-term sales plans and achieve financial and customer relationship management KPIs • Facilitate business reviews with customers • Act as business unit liaison among manufacturers, logistics, sales, finance, and accounting to support existing and new business • Engage customers and manage resources across multiple client businesses • Collaborate with sales operations and analytics on proposals and deliverables • Collaborate with executive sales and marketing leaders to leverage assets and provide greater value to clients and customers • Apply analytical skills, including category management, to improve business results • Demonstrate leadership qualities consistent with Recor Group’s culture • Travel 5–10 nights per year to meet customer needs, attend industry events, and meet existing clients

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience directly calling on Kroger as a brand/manufacturer or broker • 4-year Degree or equivalent industry experience • Experience utilizing Kroger Market 6/Stratum data • Familiarity with Trade Management systems and customer tools • Knowledge of techniques and tools necessary to perform job functions • Strategic selling and closing skills within the industry • Proven ability to drive sales results • Business-to-business communication, presentation, sales, and negotiation skills • Ability to grow internal and external relationships by providing insight and advice • Extensive experience in sales and/or business development across a diverse portfolio of products • Kroger Kompass Process knowledge and experience utilizing Kroger systems • Overall understanding of supply chain operations • Project management skills with new product commercialization • Strong understanding of development, evaluation, and utilization of key performance indicators • Comfortable collaborating with and recommending solutions to executive-level management • Assertive, results-oriented self-starter • Customer relations and customer service skills • Clear and concise written and oral communication skills • Interpersonal skills, relationship building, and conflict resolution • Excellent critical thinking skills • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to meet physical demands, including sitting at a desk for up to 8 hours, using hands for office tasks, reading documents, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
