Beschreibung

• Up to 50% travel may be required for this position. • Responsible for managing the standardization and migration from existing legacy MIS solutions to Enterprise MIS solutions. • Support the functional areas of Finance, Customer Service, Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, Shop Floor Data Collection and Shipping/Receiving. • Collaborates on material design and development, recommend changes based on experience. • Provides technical support for web-based and other delivery methods. • Identifies problems, trends, and/or performance gaps related to employee effectiveness. • Develops strategies to move the organization to a high-performance environment. • May serve as Project Manager for specific programs. • Communicates directly with key operational stakeholders to set implementation strategy. • Applies standard evaluation methodologies for measuring training effectiveness and analyzes evaluation data.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3-5 years experience in a Print Manufacturing or closely related environment • subject matter expertise in one of the key functional areas requiring SME support • prior systems implementation experience preferred • training and documentation experience required • experience writing technical and functional specifications • proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite • experience in the change control management process • understanding and experience in managing complex projects
