Beschreibung

• Manage export/import licensing and compliance activities within Raytheon’s Land & Air Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit • Develop export and import strategies for international suppliers, purchase-order issuance, and foreign manufacturing of defense and dual-use articles • Develop licensing plans and provide guidance on complex licensing strategies and program planning • Interpret ITAR and EAR requirements for Business Unit employees • Prepare, submit, track, obtain, and manage export/import licenses, permits, and certifications, including TAAs and MLAs • Develop export and import approvals for technology, technical data, hardware, and services • Review effort scope with applicable functions, stakeholders, and foreign parties before submission • Obtain signed agreements and required documentation from foreign parties • Provide program and stakeholder status updates • Review approvals and manage day-to-day execution of agreements and licenses • Monitor authorization changes and take appropriate action • Review and approve foreign travel, foreign visits, and export/import transactions • Maintain trade compliance records • Contribute to learning, audit assessment, and internal-control effectiveness programs • Identify and report compliance concerns, errors, and improvement areas; implement corrective actions • Support investigations, audits, and resolution of compliance matters • Apply international trade regulations to support international business programs • Handle complex permanent and temporary export licenses, temporary import licenses, re-exports, and re-transfers • Develop and deliver training for employees engaged in international business activities • Act as a knowledgeable resource for export/import licensing personnel • Contribute to continuous improvement of licensing and compliance processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• University Degree and minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 5 years of experience • Experience applying U.S. global trade regulations, including ITAR, EAR, Customs, and ATF • Experience with DECCS, SNAP-R, OCR EASE, and/or SAP/GTS-related systems • Experience drafting, submitting, implementing, and managing agreements, licenses, General Correspondences, Third Party Transfers, complex export strategies, and/or similar requests • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance • Active and existing DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1 • Residence and work in one of the 50 U.S. states, excluding U.S. territories
