Beschreibung

• Support scheduling activities on multiple programs • Monitor and report performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met • Provide guidance and analysis in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and variance analysis • Provide advice, consultation, and analysis regarding creation and execution of program plans • Contribute to organizational projects and goals and develop solutions to varied problems • Apply technical knowledge and industry scheduling practices, techniques, and standards • Prepare, develop, and coordinate integrated master plans and integrated master schedules with senior specialists • Integrate major projects across Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and other functional groups • Track plans and schedules, solicit regular updates, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts • Use milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances • Reconcile cost and schedule with the program cost analyst, correct mismatches, and address root causes • Contribute ideas for training materials and suggest process or tool enhancements • Abide by company policies, ethics, and standards of business conduct

🎯 Anforderungen

• University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience • Experience with Microsoft Project • Experience with Earned Value Concepts • Understanding of earned value management practices and procedures • Experience or ability to learn integrated schedules and logic networks using Microsoft Project • Background with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Understanding and compliance with DI-MGMT-81861A, DCMA Schedule Assessment Guide, and Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide • U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract • Aerospace & Defense experience preferred
