Beschreibung

• Support organizational change efforts across Interiors • Apply standard change management tools and methodologies to guide organizations through transitions from awareness to sustainment • Lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement projects that transform processes, systems, and ways of working • Partner with functional leaders and project teams to assess change impacts and readiness • Develop and execute change plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, and reinforcement strategies • Identify risks to adoption and proactively recommend mitigation actions • Track change effectiveness and adoption metrics to ensure intended outcomes are achieved • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time (domestic & international)

🎯 Anforderungen

• Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience • 5+ years experience leading or facilitating organizational change initiatives, projects, or process improvements • Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization • Project Management or PMBOK management certification or equivalent • Formal change management education or certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent)
