Beschreibung

• Provide linguistic services and support for AI tasks to the production team, the partners and the customer. • Manage continuous and proactive development, design and implementation of quality management methodologies, AI-focused linguistic services (quality reporting and monitoring, vendor training, asset development & maintenance and more). • Deliver assigned AI services tasks (e.g. enforcement of task specific guidelines, proactive management of quality across assigned languages and projects). • Provide trainings to translators, annotators and assorted stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in linguistic and AI workflows. • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI language services.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Linguistic education or equivalent working experiences. • Min. 2 years working experience (AI Services, quality management, ideally in a client facing role and/or supporting role in AI Services setup). • Perfect command of spoken and written English. • Very good skills with Microsoft Office software, especially MS Excel. • Current and practical knowledge of AI annotation and evaluation, AI prompting and LLMs. • Very good coordinating and communication skills (providing training, communication with customers). • Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment, have a flexible attitude to work and good problem resolution skills.
