Beschreibung

• Conduct internal investigations of matters implicating P&W Global Trade policy or export control and sanctions compliance concerns, including interviewing witnesses, gathering relevant documents, and consulting with subject matter experts across Pratt & Whitney and RTX • In consultation with counsel in the Global Trade Investigations & Disclosures group, research the applicability of U.S. and foreign regulations concerning controlled military and dual-use items, and determine whether a matter constitutes a violation of Global Trade regulations or policies • Maintain evidence in a highly organized fashion and accurately document the resolution of all matters • Support Global Trade Investigations & Disclosures group initiatives and projects, as needed • Continually enhance and improve Pratt & Whitney’s “Speak Up” culture while acting with integrity at all times

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of professional work experience in a Legal, Regulatory or Global Trade function; OR an Advanced Degree and 7+ years of professional work experience in a Legal, Regulatory or Global Trade function • U.S. citizenship, due to certain program restrictions • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Familiarity and experience with U.S. export, import, and sanctions regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) • Sophistication in the use and understanding of digital technology tools, including software platforms used in engineering and manufacturing disciplines • Ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of management, internal clients, and Global Trade professionals enterprise-wide • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal daily supervision and to balance numerous priorities within competing timeframes • Background within an aerospace manufacturing environment beneficial, but not required.
