Beschreibung

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients • Provide architectural leadership across large and complex engagements • Partner with executive and delivery stakeholders to co-create and execute solution visions • Design and deliver scalable, mission-aligned solutions for Defense & National Security customers • Shape, scope, and align complex federal customer engagements across presales and delivery • Drive architectural strategy from initial solutioning through execution • Maintain architectural integrity and executive alignment • Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice • Contribute to the community knowledge base and expertise • Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies that increase business value • Teach complex concepts and provide prescriptive thinking across client-organization levels • Identify and proactively manage risks through complete resolution • Manage customer expectations and negotiate complex solutions with customers and third-party partners • Review and correct project/program direction, approaches, and key artifacts • Drive program vision and articulate program/project strategies enabling Salesforce platform technologies

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise architecture or consulting on the Salesforce Platform throughout the whole life cycle • Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs • Experience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. • Strong presentation skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to develop audience-appropriate materials • Ability to connect with people in diverse roles • Resourceful and innovative problem-solving ability • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required • Metro DC located • Active U.S. Government security clearance: Secret, TS, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Poly • Multiple Salesforce Core Architecture certifications • Experience in public sector digital transformation initiatives • Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (Agentforce Public Sector) • Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices at various organizational levels • Application design and development background • U.S. citizenship (U.S. born or naturalized) required • Must not hold dual citizenship • Must complete a U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position • Must obtain and maintain the specific required U.S. Government security clearance • Travel may be required depending on client requirements
