Beschreibung

• Assess third-party risk across Samsara’s new and existing systems • Build automated workflows to support and scale the third-party risk management program • Work with Legal or Procurement on ongoing vendor reviews • Build and refine AI-enabled workflows for the vendor risk program • Collaborate across the business to understand and define vendor use cases and data flows • Provide programmatic updates and communicate program, third-party, and technical risk to Information Security leadership • Drive automation and efficiency in the TPRM program using Zip, Vanta, third parties, and native solutions • Ensure security reviews and reassessments scale with company growth • Partner with Procurement, Legal, and Privacy to identify, document, and mitigate vendor risks throughout the vendor lifecycle • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new offices

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2-4 years of experience in the governance, risk, and compliance space • Experience implementing or maintaining vendor-risk programs • Experience performing security and maturity assessments • Experience creating or maintaining risk registers, compliance inventories, and control mappings across internal and external systems • Ability to collaboratively implement security controls across systems such as Okta, Slack, Salesforce, and internal tooling • Experience coordinating with external auditors, internal engineering teams, business stakeholders, senior leadership, and security operations teams on procurement activities, audit controls, and compliance requirements • Experience conducting vendor risk assessments, including reviewing security certifications, penetration tests, and policies • Strong understanding of vendor integration risks and permission scoping across SaaS platforms such as Slack, Google Workspace, and Salesforce • Ability to translate complex technical findings and requirements into clear business risks and requirements for non-technical stakeholders • Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework profiles, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks • Experience creating workflows through automation and AI assistance • Experience with GRC and procurement platforms such as Zip and Vanta • Experience managing high volumes of vendor requests and competing priorities • Prior assessment experience in the Software-as-a-Service industry
