Beschreibung

• Lead technical discussions to identify gaps in the telematics data platform and influence the roadmap by setting direction and recommending solutions • Collaborate with engineering teams on design decisions and downstream product implications to ensure a seamless customer experience • Ship customer-value features and refine them based on feedback • Deliver full-stack features across front-end, back-end, and mobile tiers • Work with technologies including GoLang, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, and React Native; direct experience is not required • Maintain production systems owned by the team and provide operational support • Impact core architecture, roadmap, and the wider engineering community • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, high-performing team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience designing and building products in a software engineering team • Proven experience leading the design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of highly scalable, distributed software systems • Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining Machine Learning-powered products • Experience mentoring and supporting engineers and role modeling engineering practices within a technical lead capacity • Experience taking end-to-end ownership of product and feature design, development, and delivery of large-scale, long-running projects • Proactive growth mindset • B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline • Experience building customer-facing web and mobile workflow applications • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and project collaboration • Enthusiasm and commitment to innovating in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment • Legal right to work at the company and in the specified work location
