Beschreibung

• Lead development of enterprise-grade, scalable customer integration solutions using APIs, Webhooks, Connectors, and other web integration technologies • Own high-impact projects end-to-end, from requirements and integration design through configuration, delivery, maintenance, and operational support • Make delivery commitments for larger projects • Mentor engineers and establish standards for robust enterprise-level integrations • Connect customers with Product and Engineering teams and relay feedback into product roadmaps • Leverage AI-driven workflows and modern technologies to improve team efficiency and the technical stack • Create customer-facing launch plans and roadmaps • Drive internal initiatives that improve organizational visibility and operational efficiency through process automation • Build, test, validate, and review code, providing actionable feedback • Exchange best practices and share knowledge with product teams and the developer community • Advocate for customer experience • Contribute to Professional Services methodologies and tools • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, solutions engineer, integrations engineer, solution architect, or other customer-facing technical role • Experience gathering data integration requirements and translating them into effective technical data designs • Expert-level command of Python, REST APIs, and Webhooks • Deep architectural knowledge of scalable, event-driven integration patterns using data streaming technologies such as Kafka and PubSub • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau • Experience selecting data warehousing and storage strategies • Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and modern data pipeline tooling • Track record of deep customer engagement and translating complex requirements into technical solutions • Experience delivering impactful technical training sessions • Proficiency with LLM-based tools such as Cursor and Codex, MCPs, code generation, and prompt engineering • Experience developing highly scalable solutions with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Proficiency with GitHub for version control and collaboration • Experience with modern Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence • Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and software users • Excellent consultative skills and experience with end-to-end system implementations • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline is listed as ideal, not required • Experience in a high-growth startup and ownership of outcomes end-to-end is ideal • History of successful B2B enterprise products and direct work with large customers is ideal • Familiarity with B2B system integration projects, fleet management, and maintenance workflows is ideal • Hardware, sensor, or vehicle tinkering is a plus
