Beschreibung

• Own the end-to-end ChemSim product strategy, vision, and roadmap across CHIPS Act deliverables, vertical platform depth, and commercial expansion. • Hire, develop, and lead 3–4 product management individual contributors across Catalysis, Batteries, PFAS, and Magnets. • Personally drive key deliverables until the team is fully ramped. • Partner with the Senior Director of PM, Core Platform, to define, prioritize, and sequence platform capabilities. • Own ChemSim’s go-to-market strategy, pricing and packaging, and customer segmentation. • Expand into oil and gas, energy, specialty chemicals, and advanced manufacturing. • Build and manage strategic product-level relationships with fabs, equipment OEMs, chemical suppliers, national laboratories, and manufacturing partners. • Translate partner requirements into platform and vertical product features. • Establish metrics and an operating rhythm covering contract performance and commercial KPIs. • Drive course corrections against OKRs. • Develop and defend build-vs-buy and build-vs-partner decisions for scientific engines, LQMs, and validation tooling. • Serve as the primary product voice to DOC/CRDO stakeholders, semiconductor ecosystem partners, and prospective commercial customers.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years in product management • 5+ years managing teams of individual contributors • Strong domain expertise in materials science, chemistry, chemical engineering, or an adjacent scientific discipline • Ability to engage credibly with computational scientists, experimental validation partners, and domain subject-matter experts • Track record shipping AI/ML-driven scientific or engineering platform products at enterprise scale • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, API governance, and enterprise security and compliance • Experience building and executing B2B go-to-market strategy for technical software • Experience with pricing, packaging, sales motion definition, and expansion into new verticals • Comfort translating ambiguous scientific and customer problems into structured roadmaps, success criteria, and measurable outcomes • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • MBA, or equivalent business leadership and P&L experience • Highly desired: experience in semiconductor manufacturing, oil and gas, energy storage, specialty chemicals, or advanced manufacturing • Highly desired: experience engaging semiconductor ecosystem partners • Highly desired: product-led growth experience for technical or scientific software platforms • Highly desired: experience with U.S. government R&D programs, including CHIPS Act, DARPA, DOE, milestone-gated funding, and fulfillment/compliance processes • Candidates cannot participate in foreign talent programs sponsored by China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the job is located • Must disclose whether company sponsorship or support will be required to obtain or maintain a work visa or permit
