Beschreibung

• Own and manage the full product lifecycle, including product strategy, roadmap development, planning, execution, and delivery • Drive development and improvement of systems, tools, and processes supporting broadband initiatives • Support planning and execution of high-speed internet and telecommunications infrastructure builds • Evaluate initiatives based on financial viability and overall business value • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, priorities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables • Translate business needs and strategic objectives into product requirements and actionable plans • Partner with cross-functional business, technical, operational, and leadership teams • Identify risks, dependencies, process gaps, and improvement opportunities • Establish structure and accountability to keep initiatives on schedule and aligned with business objectives • Develop executive-level presentations, reporting, and product updates • Communicate product strategy, progress, risks, and recommendations to senior and executive leadership • Use data and business insights to support product decisions and prioritization • Independently identify needs, solve problems, and drive execution

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 5–7 years of Product Management experience • Bachelor's degree required • Direct experience within the broadband, high-speed internet, telecommunications, or related industry • Commercial-side broadband experience supporting or overseeing the planning and execution of telecommunications infrastructure builds • Understanding of financial viability, business value, and commercial considerations associated with broadband initiatives • Experience developing and managing product roadmaps, product planning, and product delivery • Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet • Proficiency with Excel, Jira, and PowerPoint • Experience developing executive-level presentations and reporting • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
