Beschreibung

• Review new credit applications by pulling credit reports, requesting trade references, evaluating financial statements, and making complex credit decisions with limited oversight • Evaluate existing customer credit files, account history, competitor analysis, and options such as personal guaranties and letters of credit • Communicate with customers to understand their businesses, request information, negotiate, and provide options for mutually successful outcomes • Communicate credit review results and guidance to internal teams • Review custom orders, determine deposits and terms, and maintain custom order records • Monitor and report on specific customers and customer segments • Maintain customer account information in company databases • Mentor credit analyst team members and share insights and suggestions • Perform other assigned duties • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7–9 years of related credit or accounts receivable experience, or a mix of education and experience • Experience working with credit portfolios within the B2B field preferred • Expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and decision-making • Experience using financial analysis in credit evaluation • High competency with computer and software applications • Excellent communication skills • Excellent time management and organization skills • Strong negotiating skills • Ability to communicate effectively with diplomacy and tact • Ability and willingness to learn • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work as part of a team and be self-directed with minimal supervision • Ability to adapt quickly and positively and identify mutually beneficial solutions • Ability to work standard hours of 8:00–5:00 PST • Ability to perform extended computer-based work and occasional lifting/movement of 10–15 pounds
