Beschreibung

• Design, build, and own user-facing features in React and TypeScript — polished, accessible, performant, and production-ready • Set the technical direction and quality bar for the frontend • Mentor engineers and contribute through code review • Use AI and agentic development tools such as Claude and establish best practices for AI-assisted development • Build and extend backend services and APIs in Go when needed • Collaborate with business stakeholders to architect and implement new experiences from inception to delivery • Contribute to product and technical roadmaps and the broader direction of the engineering team • Craft and maintain user-facing technical documentation that drives product understanding and adoption • Shape engineering culture and ensure high standards across the organization

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of proven experience as a software engineer, with deep specialization in frontend development • Expert-level React and TypeScript, with a strong eye for UX, performance, and accessibility • Demonstrated fluency with AI and agentic coding tools (e.g., Claude), and a track record of using them to ship efficiently and raise your own throughput • Leadership experience: setting technical standards, mentoring engineers, and driving key technical decisions • A track record of shipping high-quality, production-grade frontend at scale • Working proficiency in Go (or the ability to become productive in it quickly) for backend services — secondary to your frontend work • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to prioritize autonomously against business needs • Customer-centric approach with strong empathy toward users • Relevant industry experience in fintech, fraud, compliance, risk, or regulated systems is preferred • Proficient in English — from casual chats to formal reports • Exposure to data tooling or pipelines is a nice-to-have, but not required • Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone to meet the needs of the team
