Beschreibung

• Oversee greenfield, brownfield, routine, and preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, generators, and control systems • Drive troubleshooting and diagnostic efforts to identify and resolve complex electrical issues • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety departments to plan and execute electrical maintenance activities • Develop, implement, and enforce safety protocols and procedures • Monitor equipment performance and efficiency and oversee improvements, upgrades, and modifications • Maintain records of electrical maintenance activities, inspections, equipment condition, and performance metrics • Provide technical leadership, support, and guidance to plant operators, maintenance teams, and stakeholders • Ensure installed progress and work product align with drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements • Highlight variances or changes in work placement • Track work progress and report key activity development in daily reports • Communicate early and often with partners and project stakeholders when problems arise • Find creative solutions to project challenges

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical installations, operations, and maintenance within the power generation industry • Proven track record of leadership and management • Comprehensive technical knowledge of power plant electrical systems and equipment, including transformers, switchgear, generators, and control systems • Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for electrical systems • Strategic mindset and analytical capabilities • Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to power plant electrical operations, maintenance, and safety • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to travel and work in various locations across the United States as required • Sargent & Lundy does not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position
