Beschreibung

• Execute sprint planning, backlog grooming and refinement, and release cadence in partnership with Engineering • Discover and translate customer needs into clear, actionable user stories • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate release readiness • Apply roadmap and prioritization frameworks using usage data, customer feedback, and business impact • Build direct understanding of users, customers, competitors, AI search, and agentic experiences • Partner with Marketing and Customer Success on positioning, launch plans, enablement, and adoption tracking • Use AI copilots and agentic tools effectively, verifying outputs appropriately • Understand how AI answer engines and autonomous agents retrieve and act on structured content • Communicate roadmaps and releases to internal stakeholders and external audiences through webinars and customer updates • Drive adoption of Product Community of Practice frameworks, coach cross-functional partners, and provide feedback for refinement • Break work into shippable increments and validate releases with customers and users • Define success criteria, measure product impact, and track adoption, engagement, satisfaction, retention, and launch outcomes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in B2B SaaS • Ideally experience in a startup through scale-up environment, or evidence of equivalent experience and impact • Product leadership experience • Ability to execute sprint planning, backlog grooming, refinement, and release cadences • Ability to translate customer needs into actionable user stories • Experience leading user acceptance testing (UAT) • Ability to make data-informed roadmap and prioritization decisions • Understanding of AI search, AI answer engines, agentic experiences, and autonomous agents retrieving and acting on structured content • Experience with go-to-market execution, positioning, launch plans, Sales and CSM enablement, and adoption tracking • Ability to communicate roadmaps and releases to internal and external audiences, including webinars • Ability to drive adoption of product frameworks and coach cross-functional teams through change • Technical understanding sufficient for architecture and feasibility discussions with Engineering • Customer-centric delivery and user research skills • Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, customer empathy, and data-informed decision-making
