Beschreibung

• Identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. • Using data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools. • Working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree REQUIRED • Master’s degree preferred • Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt (LSSBB) highly preferred • 5 years of process improvement or healthcare management REQUIRED • Health plan experience highly preferred
