Beschreibung

• Own and evangelize the strategy and vision for a core segment of the Cloud Security portfolio. • Build, lead, and grow a team of product managers. • Maintain the product roadmap and make tradeoff and prioritization decisions. • Define and report key business metrics, including pipeline influence, win/loss trends, retention, and usage. • Partner with engineering leadership on architecture and sequencing decisions. • Collaborate with sales, solutions engineering, and marketing on positioning, field training, and strategic deals. • Engage customers, prospects, and analysts to validate roadmap assumptions and monitor market developments. • Represent Cloud Security in company-wide planning and connect product decisions to revenue, margin, and competitive positioning.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8 or more years in product management at enterprise SaaS or infrastructure companies. • 2 or more years leading and managing other product managers. • Direct experience owning a cloud security or cloud-native product, such as CWPP, CSPM, CNAPP, DSPM, or adjacent. • Understanding of cloud security buyers, competitive landscape, and technical tradeoffs. • Ability to build pricing models, read win/loss reports, and connect roadmap decisions to ARR and margin. • Working technical fluency with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud architecture, containers/Kubernetes, and the shared-responsibility model. • Track record of shipping and defending roadmaps before sales leadership, customers, and engineering counterparts. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to executives, analysts, and customers. • Willingness to travel up to approximately 15% for customer engagements and internal planning. • Prior cybersecurity vendor or SOC/security-practitioner experience preferred. • Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models preferred. • Familiarity with eBPF-based or agent-based security architectures preferred. • For this U.S.-based role, participation in E-Verify applies.
