Beschreibung

• Build automations that route, score, and respond to inbound leads in minutes • Design and deploy chat, form-follow-up, and lead-qualification AI agents • Build and integrate website personalization, dynamic forms, and content recommendations • Integrate marketing automation, CDP, enrichment, intent data, and CRM systems • Automate content production, on-page optimization, and performance tracking • Build evaluations for lead-scoring accuracy, chat-agent quality, and routing correctness • Implement human-in-the-loop review, logging, and rollback paths • Coach marketing operations and demand-generation teams on AI adoption • Build playbooks, reusable templates, shared prompt and skill libraries • Embed with priority teams, map high-friction workflows, and ship end-to-end automations • Expand use cases, establish reusable templates, and coach teams toward self-sufficiency • Own a meaningful portion of the GTM stack and agentic workflows, demonstrating measurable impact and handing off mature systems

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6 or more years across growth/GTM marketing, marketing/revenue operations, systems, or solutions engineering, including hands-on time building automation or AI into real GTM work • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows that changed real work • Fluency with the modern GTM stack, including CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, outreach, and analytics • Experience owning integrations and pipelines between GTM systems • Strong prompt architecture skills • Practical experience with agent frameworks, orchestration platforms such as n8n and Make, and API/MCP integrations • Working proficiency in at least one of SQL, Python, or JavaScript • Understanding of funnels, ICP, and buying signals, with revenue-impact-based automation judgment • Experience building evaluation frameworks for AI systems is preferred • Practical experience fine-tuning or heavily customizing models for production use cases is preferred • Experience coaching non-technical teammates through AI adoption is preferred • B2B and enterprise SaaS background, with familiarity with brand-safety and compliance constraints on automated outputs, is preferred
