Beschreibung

• Build AI agents that research accounts, build prospect lists, and draft personalized SDR outreach • Design sequencing intelligence workflows that optimize send times, cadence steps, and messaging based on engagement data • Build agents that mine call recordings and CRM activity for deal risks, buying signals, and next-best-action recommendations • Own and integrate the outbound stack, including sales engagement, conversation intelligence, enrichment, and CRM systems • Build forecasting and pipeline-hygiene automations that flag stale deals, missing data, and forecast risk • Create evaluation frameworks for outreach personalization, call-summary accuracy, and signal precision • Implement human-in-the-loop review, logging, guardrails, and rollback paths for rep- and customer-facing outputs • Coach SDRs and AEs on AI adoption and create playbooks and reusable templates • Embed with priority teams, map outbound processes, and ship prospecting or sequencing automation during months 1–3 • Deploy deal-signal or call-intelligence agents and shared outreach, personalization, and account-research templates during months 4–6 • Own a meaningful portion of the outbound automation layer, demonstrate gains in pipeline per rep, cycle time, and forecast accuracy, and hand mature systems to SDR and AE leadership during months 7–12

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6 or more years across sales development, sales operations, revenue operations, or systems/solutions engineering, with hands-on time building automation or AI into outbound or sales workflows • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and deploying AI agents that changed real pipeline or cycle-time outcomes • Fluency with outbound stack tools including Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Chorus, Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chili Piper • Strong prompt architecture skills and practical experience with agent frameworks, n8n, Make, and API/MCP integrations • Working proficiency in at least one of SQL, Python, or JavaScript • Understanding of quota, pipeline coverage, and deal stages, with revenue-impact prioritization • Experience building AI evaluation frameworks, including prompt evaluations, benchmarking, and regression testing, preferred • Practical experience fine-tuning or heavily customizing models for production use cases, preferred • Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and pipeline hygiene practices, preferred • Comfort coaching non-technical teammates through AI adoption, preferred • B2B or enterprise SaaS background and familiarity with brand-safety and compliance constraints on automated outputs, preferred
