Beschreibung

• Identify, launch, and manage relationships with Global System Integrators relevant to Sequen • Own the full partner lifecycle: sourcing and prioritizing GSIs, structuring agreements, launching joint motions, and managing relationships to measurable pipeline and revenue • Build joint go-to-market and delivery plans, including co-selling, joint solutions, practice development, and co-marketing • Develop relationships across GSI organizations, including practice leads, delivery teams, partner sponsors, and executive sponsors • Partner with sales, product, and forward deployed engineering teams to activate GSI partnerships in the field • Enable partners to sell and deliver Sequen • Track, report, and optimize partner performance against pipeline and revenue targets • Help shape Sequen's GSI partner strategy and playbook

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years working in partnerships • Partnership experience with at least one of Accenture, Deloitte, Bain, BCG, Slalom, or IBM on behalf of a SaaS or AI startup • Experience building partnerships from scratch, including sourcing, launching, and scaling to pipeline and revenue • Ability to own and report against partner-sourced and influenced revenue targets • Ability to build relationships across complex GSI organizations and orchestrate internal teams • Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes, playbooks, and structure • Experience in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience • Partnership experience with WPP, Publicis, or Tata is a plus • Experience partnering on behalf of a technical product such as infrastructure, ML/AI, or data platforms is advantageous • Experience building GSI practices or delivery partnerships around a specific technology is advantageous • Experience building partner ecosystems in retail, e-commerce, marketplaces, media and entertainment, or travel is advantageous • Existing network across major GSI partner and practice organizations is advantageous
