Beschreibung

• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer goals, security challenges, and technology environments • Assess customer security architectures and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities • Develop high-level architectures, solution proposals, and technical documentation for email security environments • Design and recommend scalable cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer requirements and best practices • Present security solutions, value propositions, and competitive differentiation to technical and executive audiences • Support product demonstrations, whiteboard sessions, and technical briefings • Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to validate and refine proposed solutions • Assist with pre-sales proof-of-concept efforts to validate technical fitness and business value • Provide technical enablement and security-focused training to internal sales teams • Ensure smooth handoff to post-sales delivery teams following opportunity closure

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, pre-sales engineering, or solutions architecture • Reside in the TOLA region of the United States as required by business needs and SHI management • Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, HITRUST, and CIS • Strong knowledge of email security technologies, including phishing and BEC protection, secure email gateways, API-based email security, DLP, and advanced threat protection • Ability to communicate and sell complex technical products or services • Expertise in email security solutions including Proofpoint, Mimecast, Abnormal, and other industry-leading vendors • Broad understanding of email and data security across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures • Knowledge of identity, network security, endpoint protection, data protection, and security operations • Experience supporting sales teams in a VAR, systems integrator, or technology provider environment • Strong presentation skills, including live or virtual demonstrations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail, organization, and follow-up • Strong relationship-building and documentation skills, including system and network diagrams and customer-facing presentations • Preferred: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SSCP, and relevant industry, OEM, vendor, or cybersecurity certifications
