Beschreibung

• Build relationships with potential Financial Services partners using a consultative approach • Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across prospective and existing partner organizations • Articulate the value of the Signifyd platform to operational teams and senior leadership • Develop understanding of payments, e-commerce, and fraud prevention landscapes and underlying technology • Represent Signifyd at industry events, partner meetings, and client meetings • Translate client needs into actionable requirements and technical concepts into business value • Act as primary internal project manager for active client engagements • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Legal, and Business Development teams to align milestones with external commitments • Hold internal teams accountable to timelines, flag risks, and drive resolution • Communicate product roadmap timelines to external partners and incorporate client deadlines into internal planning • Navigate legal and contracting processes to ensure timely partnership launches

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B financial services, e-commerce, payments, risk, or fraud — or a related solutions, sales support, or technical implementation role • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple internal stakeholders, competing priorities, and hard external deadlines • Experience working alongside or within Product and Engineering teams, with an understanding of how product development cycles work and how to advocate for external commitments within internal planning processes • Familiarity with legal contracting processes in a B2B context • Comfort operating at the intersection of business and technology; ability to hold a substantive conversation with engineers and translate that context for a business audience • Experience scoping technical requirements, from initial discovery through integration planning • Strong analytical thinking with an ability to turn data into a compelling story • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders • Natural problem-solver who is resourceful and comfortable working with autonomy • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
