Beschreibung

• Build and evolve AidenBot, the core automation engine behind the client's Windows endpoint management platform • Shape technical architecture and deliver secure, reliable software in C# and .NET • Design, build, test, and maintain production software with a focus on reliability, security, performance, and maintainability • Contribute to technical design and architecture by evaluating tradeoffs, defining interfaces and patterns, documenting decisions, and evolving the platform • Deliver product capabilities end to end from refinement and estimation through implementation, code review, automated testing, deployment support, and post-release learning • Diagnose and resolve complex defects and production issues across application code, services, integrations, data flows, and Windows endpoint environments • Improve engineering quality through testable code, reviews, automated test coverage, observability, secure development, and disciplined source control • Collaborate with and mentor engineers through context sharing, design reviews, pairing, and implementation guidance • Use AI-assisted engineering and agentic workflows while protecting code quality, security, governance, and release reliability • Develop endpoint software platform and Bot capabilities to meet standards for correctness, security, performance, supportability, and rollback readiness • Improve the AidenBot codebase's understandability, testability, extensibility, troubleshooting, and operability • Resolve root causes and translate lessons into better code, tests, telemetry, and engineering practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 8–10+ years of professional software development experience • Substantial hands-on experience building and supporting production applications in C# and .NET • Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, APIs, asynchronous processing, data access, integration patterns, and maintainable application design • Ability to take complex features from ambiguous requirements through technical design, implementation, testing, release, and production support • Experience diagnosing software problems using logs, metrics, traces, debuggers, profilers, and root-cause analysis • Experience with unit, integration, and automated testing; code review; source control; CI/CD; and reliable release practices • Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including data modeling, query performance, and application-level data access • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar planning, source control, build, and deployment systems • Comfort operating in a smaller, high-accountability growth company • Experience with Windows system internals and Windows PE • Understanding of SQL • Excellent grasp of .NET, C#, and design patterns • Understanding of SDLC and scale • Experience with Power BI • Experience building Windows or other operating-system images, including OS setup, custom software, Sysprep, and deployment tools such as MDT or SCCM • Experience with Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, policy setup, app management, and compliance checks • Ability to answer technical “why” questions
