Beschreibung

• Own and evolve the multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Slate's Fleet and B2B customer experience • Identify opportunities, define product requirements, and create simple and scalable experiences based on business customer needs • Lead new B2B capabilities from customer discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement • Develop understanding of business customer segments and translate insights into product priorities • Partner with Engineering and Design on product and technical trade-offs and customer experiences • Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Service, and other teams on end-to-end solutions • Engage directly with customers, partners, and industry experts • Define success measures and refine product strategy using customer feedback, data, and business outcomes • Navigate competing priorities and create alignment across teams and senior stakeholders • Represent Fleet and B2B product strategy with senior and executive leadership • Mentor other product leaders and raise the product management bar • Embrace AI and emerging technologies as product opportunities and product-development tools

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in product management or a related technical product role • Experience operating at a Staff, Principal, or equivalent level • Demonstrated success defining product vision and strategy across complex products, platforms, or multiple interconnected product areas • Experience building and launching B2B, enterprise, fleet, marketplace, or similarly complex customer-facing products • Track record of taking new products or major capabilities from concept through launch and ongoing evolution • Strong customer orientation and experience translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product strategy • Strong technical judgment and credibility with engineering teams • Experience working effectively across multiple functions and influencing teams outside of direct organizational ownership • Ability to communicate with and influence senior and executive stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Experience in automotive, mobility, transportation, logistics, connected products, or another industry where digital and physical experiences intersect (preferred) • Experience building products for businesses ranging from small organizations to large enterprise customers (preferred) • Experience working with external partners, platforms, or complex integrations (preferred) • Experience developing and delivering B2B go-to-market strategies (preferred) • Experience building or launching AI-powered products (preferred) • Experience in a fast-moving startup or zero-to-one product environment (preferred) • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Visa sponsorship is unavailable
