Beschreibung

• Oversee and coordinate telecommunication construction projects from start to finish • Develop scopes of work, coordinate schedules, delegate responsibilities, and provide project progress updates • Select and oversee contractors for projects, major upgrades, and telecommunication construction initiatives • Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards and compliance with scopes of work and technical specifications • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, internal teams, and other stakeholders during initial planning • Develop detailed descriptions of jobs and required materials • Schedule and coordinate projects and budget time necessary to meet deadlines • Prepare and submit budget estimates and communicate budget progress and costs to stakeholders • Ensure budget adherence and make adjustments through change-management and approval processes • Plan, coordinate, organize, oversee, and direct construction and maintenance activities • Ensure jobsite safety standards, guidelines, and codes are followed • Oversee negotiations, revisions, and change orders with contractors and subcontractors • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations • Collaborate with clients, supervisory staff, and contractors to resolve work procedures, complaints, and construction issues • Lead actions required due to delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction sites • Develop and maintain working relationships with owners, managers, designers, supervisors, tradespersons, and craft workers • Perform other directives as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Thorough understanding of telecommunication contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations • Experience with AutoCAD, Visio, Bluebeam Revu, and MSOffice 360 • Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment • Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions and work well under pressure and unexpected occurrences or delays • Ability to effectively multitask while analyzing and solving problems • Exceptional telephone protocol and high degree of professionalism • Energetic, upbeat, outgoing, organized, and detail oriented with excellent follow-through skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Minimum five years of telecommunication construction project management experience • Minimum three years of telecommunication project management in single family homes preferred • Construction Manager certification by the American Institute of Constructors or Construction Management Association of America preferred • Bachelor’s degree in construction science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering preferred • PMP designation and/or PMI certifications or equivalent preferred • BICSI or equivalent certifications preferred • Industry recognized WiFi/WLAN training and certifications • Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of the jobsite in all types of weather • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time • Exposure to characteristic construction site dangers • Must be available to address delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other issues at the jobsite
