Beschreibung

• Manage and oversee telecommunication construction projects from start to finish • Develop scopes of work, collaborate with contractors, delegate responsibilities, and provide project updates • Select and oversee contractors for projects, major upgrades, and telecommunication construction initiatives • Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards, Smartaira’s scope of work, and technical specifications are met • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other parties during initial planning • Develop detailed job and materials descriptions • Schedule and coordinate projects and budget time to meet deadlines • Prepare and submit budget estimates and communicate budget progress and costs to stakeholders • Ensure adherence to budgets and implement approved adjustments through change management processes • Plan, coordinate, organize, oversee, and direct construction and maintenance activities • Ensure jobsite safety standards, guidelines, and construction codes are followed • Oversee negotiations, revisions, and change orders and ensure contractual compliance • Collaborate with clients, supervisory staff, and contractors to resolve work procedures, complaints, and construction issues • Lead responses to delays, bad weather, emergencies, and other jobsite issues • Maintain working relationships with owners, managers, designers, supervisors, tradespersons, and craft workers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Thorough understanding of telecommunication contracts, plans, specifications, and regulations • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, Bluebeam Revu, and MSOffice 360 • Ability to remain flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment • Ability to make intelligent and quick decisions and work well under pressure and unexpected delays • Ability to multitask while analyzing and solving problems • Exceptional telephone protocol and professionalism • Energetic, organized, detail oriented, and excellent follow-through skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Minimum five years of telecommunication construction project management experience • Construction Manager certification by the American Institute of Constructors or Construction Management Association of America preferred • Minimum three years of telecommunication project management in single family homes preferred • Bachelor's degree in construction science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering preferred • PMP and/or PMI certifications or equivalent preferred • BICSI or equivalent certifications preferred • Industry-recognized WiFi/WLAN training and certifications • Ability to traverse and inspect all jobsite areas in all types of weather • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Availability to address delays, emergencies, bad weather, and other jobsite issues
