Beschreibung

• Help hospitals and health systems understand how AI-powered CDI can improve documentation, boost revenue, and drive quality care. • Work closely with Customer Success to refine documentation workflows and help clients maximize their CDI programs. • Help design, implement, and refine comprehensive educational materials, guidelines, and curricula for CDI specialists, ensuring they can accurately review AI-driven query recommendations and maintain compliance standards. • Communicate directly with client CDI leaders to establish trust, address concerns, and demonstrate advanced knowledge of inpatient clinical documentation best practices. • Demonstrate and explain Revenue Cycle Management technology solutions to prospective healthcare clients. • Serve as a trusted advisor to users, helping them understand and maximize the benefits of the platform.

🎯 Anforderungen

• MD, RN, or another relevant clinical credential. • Understanding of patient care and the nuances of clinical documentation improvement (CDI). • Deep familiarity with ICD-10, HCC coding, Medicare guidelines, and payer documentation requirements. • Proven ability to engage with prospects and clients, translating clinical concepts into business impact. • Ability to distill complex CDI topics into clear, compelling messaging for clinical and non-clinical audiences. • Excitement about AI’s role in transforming CDI and revenue cycle management. • CDI experience, hospital CDI, HIM, and/or RCM program experience of 5+ years is listed as a nice-to-have, not a requirement. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret healthcare data and trends is listed as a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
