Beschreibung

• Provide technical leadership for multiple ongoing custom software projects • Own technical delivery planning, implementation, team efficiency, technical direction, backlog, and sprint planning • Support teams of 2 to 6 developers, designers, and QA analysts • Co-lead delivery projects with Project Managers to deliver on budget and on time • Mentor team members on product development processes and responsible use of AI-assisted tools • Plan weekly goals with Project Managers to keep projects on track • Lead CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, AI innovations, environment configuration, and production operations • Communicate project progress, challenges, and resourcing needs with the COO, Operations Manager, Project Managers, and team • Partner with sales and consulting leadership on technical discovery, solution architecture, and estimates • Design, review, and support scalable and secure AWS and Azure cloud and server architectures • Serve as technical expert on assigned projects, including QA and pull-request review • Pair program, commit directly to the codebase, and use AI tools to accelerate delivery • Assist in pre-sales through solutioning, scope refinement, and estimates

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience with modern software development practices and technologies, creating custom software for a variety of clients • 7+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, Elixir, and Phoenix • 2+ years of experience with Flutter and/or React Native • 5+ years of experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, deployment, and tooling • Practical hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in a real production codebase • Ability to validate AI-generated code against normal testing and review standards • Ability to evaluate AI tools and establish repeatable team workflows • Judgment to recognize security, privacy, or quality risks from AI assistance • 3+ years in a consultancy, not solely product-based companies • Experience with technical discovery, solution design, and estimation for client-facing and sales prospect projects • Ability to set and manage expectations among teammates and managers • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud monitoring • Experience with AWS and Azure cloud architectures
