Beschreibung

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers across all experience levels • Own roadmap creation and prioritization for the Dashboards team with Product and Design • Drive predictable project delivery from scoping through launch • Build and evolve team structure, processes, planning cadence, on-call, and sprint/Scrumban practices • Define and execute strategy for AI-powered dashboard and analytics features using Databricks and modern data infrastructure • Interview, hire, and onboard engineers • Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports through career planning, feedback, and performance management • Create an inclusive team culture supporting engagement and development • Partner with Product, Design, and engineering teams to integrate Dashboards work • Communicate roadmap, delivery status, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2-3+ years of experience managing medium to large engineering teams • Proven track record of successful project delivery, roadmap creation, and team/process building • Experience building and shipping AI-powered product features • Experience with Databricks or similar modern data platforms • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic, growth-oriented environment and adapt to evolving needs • Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical work into business impact • Experience coaching and developing engineers across early-career to senior/principal levels
