Beschreibung

• Advise customers and cross-functional peers on best practices that drive measurable value and optimize workflows • Partner with customers to design and implement strategic Smartsheet solutions that drive organizational change • Lead discovery sessions and design custom solutions incorporating AI-native functionality and automation • Develop solutions through prototyping and iterative sprints using customer feedback • Review solution designs through internal testing and facilitate user acceptance testing • Own project delivery timelines, deliverables, scope, budget, and risk mitigation • Stay current on industry trends and Smartsheet capabilities while testing and sharing delivery methodologies • Collaborate with consulting team members and participate in the mentor program as mentee and mentor • Identify product and services expansion opportunities with Sales • Perform against KPIs including billable utilization, project margins, customer satisfaction, and accurate data maintenance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in management or technology consulting • Strong willingness and track record of performing within a team environment • Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and adapt quickly to evolving customer needs, tools, and industry trends • Hands-on experience configuring and implementing leading-edge, web-based SaaS applications • Strong interest in leading-edge technologies, including AI and automation, and understanding how Smartsheet capabilities solve business challenges • Experience applying change management and business process optimization strategies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explaining complex technical subjects to non-technical stakeholders • Experience with business process optimization and Agile project management methodologies • Ability to travel periodically, up to 40%, based on customer and business requirements
